The SETCOVERSE SP-GR ink series is a range of highly pigmented Gravure inks for Surface printing with a solvent balance optimized to give the best results at high press speeds with shallow, fine anilox fitted with doctor blades. This product is recommended for printing on Metalized films, PE, BOPP, and Pearlized BOPP.
High-strength inks suitable for surface printing by Gravure process.
Excellent gloss, adhesion, and scuff resistance.
Suitable for milk, Water Pouch, labels, and similar jobs.
However, the application of OPV is recommended as per the specific requirements.
Excellent solvent release, enabling high press speeds to be used.
Designed to exhibit a low coefficient of friction.
Excellent freeze-thaw resistance is obtained making it usable for the packaging of frozen food.
Good heat resistance (110°C, 3 bar, 1 sec treated PE film, under standard lab conditions).
